Outstanding herringbone floor fitting carried out by Steve. Professional friendly and extremely efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
Also thankyou to Ashley who put us at ease in dealing with all aspects of our installation. We would highly recommend Oaks Flooring.
We’ve been very happy with the quality of work from Oaks Flooring as well as their customer service; always approachable and accommodating and willing to work around schedules with other parts of a building project. This is the second time we’ve engaged Oaks Flooring, first time for our kitchen and hallway a few years back, and this time for a bedroom in June this year. Big thank you to Josh, who worked on both of the projects, and did a beautiful job laying chevron and herringbone floors from Woodpecker. Thanks Josh, and looking forward to engaging again for our next project!
Always great service, advice and prices. Flexible and professional and go the extra mile when things don’t quite work out as expected. Trusted and respected local tradesmen who I always call first. Thanks for your ongoing support and help
Third time we have used Oaks Flooring. New floor was to be fitted into a house we were buying, quoted from floor plans and photos, measured up on move in day and had the new Oak engineered flooring laid and superbly finished and detailed and out of our hair 3 working days later ..all for the original quote.
I could not be happier. Our go to wood and carpet suppliers/fitters. Shame they do not do ceramic and stone!
Excellent service from Oaks Flooring for our first experience of using them . New conservatory LVT flooring including levelling compound on existing uneven floor . Thank you to John who came to our home to advise and measure up , Matt in the show room and the fitter Steve was first class. A fantastic job at every stage , the installation was as promised, we were kept informed of arrival time on the day, all the work was done quickly and efficiently and to an extremely high standard . We are delighted with all aspects of the process , thank you again and we would highly recommend you . Carolyn Cro
The best service from start to finish! Friendly and helpful members of staff who are a pleasure to deal with. Floor beautifully fitted. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!
Really great experience from start to finish. Super helpful in finding the right product for our budget, with effective communication and the fitting process (wood floors) was extremely thorough and very professional. Highly recommended.
Oaks Flooring have provided an outstanding service from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. We had both wooden floors and carpets fitted throughout our house. Alastair, Ashley, Tom and the team provided expert guidance and support throughout, overseeing the process with professionalism, clarity and a lovely manner. The fitters, including Lewis, Chaz and Joe, brought the same professionalism and a very high quality service. A huge thank you to the team.
Great experience with oaks flooring. We have just had herringbone LVT fitted in our kitchen, hallway and downstairs loo. Steve was amazing, he was skilled and knowledgeable and had floor completed with the least disruption which was massively appreciated by someone who works from home. Highly recommend choosing Oaks.
We've used Oaks Flooring for many years now and have always experienced five star service from the entire team. We wouldn't go anywhere else! They have also fitted the flooring for both the business premises I work in and both jobs were fantastic. Have recommended them to so many friends and family members.
We had an excellent experience with Oaks Flooring from start to finish. We got a lot of help choosing the right carpet for us at a reasonable price, the fitters then arrived at the house, did a great job and left everything very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Oaks Flooring to anyone.
Absolutely delighted with Oaks Flooring. The product itself is genuinely beautiful — the colour, finish and quality have completely transformed the space. The laying was done to an exceptionally high standard as well, professional, precise and carried out by people who take pride in their work.
The end result is flawless, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.
